Feeling major frustration tonight. I'm hoping this doesn't carry over to tomorrow. However, I think I'll take a nice long strenuous hike just to be sure I nip in the bud early. If it doesn't help I'll think about hitting the hot tub with a Mai Tai and pretend that I'm back on the beach.
